I had the pleasure of working with Jamie recently, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. My car was having some issues, and he came out right to my location to take care of it, which was incredibly convenient. Had new cambelt and water pump fitted on my 2014 diesel focus,I would highly recommend,the service from quote to job being completed (including collection/delivery of the car) was excellent as was the price,Jamie was very professional, reliable and polite, will definitely use JEM again.
Called J.E.M automation on a Sunday after my wife's car started making loud abnormal grinding noises and Jamie was happy to assist. Great overall experience with a friendly, honest local independent mechanic with a great level of knowledge. A replacement used gearbox fitted at a very fair price has solved the problem within a very short period of time. I would certainly contact J. E. M automation for my future automotive needs and recommend highly to friends and family. Absolutely brilliant all round service.
Great service from Jamie today. He replaced a broken coil spring on my car and saved my New year plans! He arrived on time and completed the work quickly and to a very high standard. I couldn't reccomend him enough. I will definitly be a returning customer if/when any other issues should come up in the future.
Jamie was very knowledgeable, was very open on his billing, fair as well. Very professional and friendly and used layman’s terms to help explain the diagnosis with my BMW. He arrived when he said he was going to be there and did what he said he was going to do. Will be using again 5 stars !!
I wish I could give 6 stars!!! We broke down an hour ago on our way home to N Ireland for Christmas. We called Jamie and he turned up less than ten minutes later to help. Unbelievable. Diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and fixed the front wheel.
